Sex Advice: Girl bleeding even after first time sex

Question. I am a 29-year-old man. My partner is 23. The problem is when I used to masturbate; I could ejaculate according to my will. Sometimes, for five minutes or even prolong it for half an hour. Recently, when I an intercourse with my partner the penis had a strong erection and I was stroking her for 15 minutes. However, I did not ejaculate. Finally, I had to masturbate and then the sperm was out. Why it is so? Now, the problem with my partner is that when I had intercourse with her for the first time, she bled, as she was a virgin. During the second time, there was no blood during the act. However, after an hour when she visited the loo, she saw the blood coming. This happened again when we had sex for the third time. Does this mean the hymen has not been fully broken while I inserted my penis? The length of my penis is three-and-a-half inch-long during erection.
Answer. The reason for the bleeding can be checked by a gynaecologist. After hymen ruptures, slight bleeding occurs. But the day after, no blood should appear. Insert finger deeply in vagina and you will know if the hymen is ruptured or not.
